Niilo Beanie Junior is a top-down knitted hat. You start by knitting the folded brim, and then continue with the textured pattern upwards. When knitting the textured pattern, you can use a cable needle, but the two-stitch cable can be easily knitted without one.
The textured pattern is named after our firstborn.
