Like the gentle lapping of waves under a dock, this summer top brings with it a sense of calm rhythm and light movement. Liplatus is a top-down, yoke-style sweater that plays with simple contrasts and an airy surface texture. It's designed for the warmth of summer, light, breathable, and effortless to wear.
The top is knitted with Drops Safran, a soft and high-quality cotton yarn, making it perfect for everyday wear and special occasions in warm weather. The texture combines purl stripes and an airy stitch pattern enlivened with lace holes, forming a rhythmic, wavy pattern in the yoke and body, like curves drawn on the surface of water.
The yoke is constructed seamlessly from top to bottom, which makes the knit easily adjustable and customizable. Short sleeves and a snug ribbing complete the look, making it modern yet timeless.
For this knit, approximately +15 cm of positive ease is recommended. Therefore, add about 15 cm to your own bust circumference and choose the size accordingly. If you prefer a more fitted result, you can choose a size that corresponds to your own bust circumference.
